I found this band at Billboard where there were featured as a must watch artist of 2011. To say their genre I would say they are a Alternative Folk Rock band. Which is not really the usual genre I'm use to. But I had to admit that I like their debut self-titled that was self-released last year and was re-release by Sub Pop Records after being sign by them, early this year. It is filled with quite catchy songs that are sung beautifully by Charity, Josiah and Jonathan. And all of their voices fits each other perfectly and are nice to listen to live. So this band is highly recommend for people who love 'a folksy Beatles or Crosby Stills Nash & Young with more instrumental force.' as said in their Facebook page.
